What an excellent purchasing experience. Our salesperson Ellie was professional and friendly throughout and even emailed a few days later to check everything was ok with our purchase. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a watch!

Very poor afterservice!! Do not recommend these!!! The staff when i purchased the watch couldnt be any more helpful. Drinks chats e.t.c. Then when the watch had 3 defects. A fault with the reset button and a defect where the bezel was scratching the bracelet. I was seen by a young gentlemen who told me that i would just have to deal with the issues! I then said this is not good enough he could send it off for repair at my own cost for a watch which was purchased 1 week before. Then to be told i have to wait more than 6 weeks to get a brand new watch back is disgusting. Very poor performance and i will not be recommending this store nor purchasing anything again. This will be going further.
