Absolutely lovely people, very helpful. We bought some Barbs a few weeks back they terrorised our tank. Messaged to ask if they would take them off us, no problem whatsoever, even gave us money back. Very nice shop, lots of variety and good prices. Would never go anywhere else now and would recommend this place to anyone. Jill

Very friendly guy, had a good talk about how to care and look after my axolotls that I bought from him, my daughter is over the moon as she’s been asking for years to have a pet axolotl. there settled in their new home already.

Been in today for the first time met John and Martin, they are both very knowledgeable and don’t mind answering any questions you have. The shop is very clean with very healthy fish

Spent over £40 on a few fish here as I wanted to support a local business, but was quite disappointed with the staff, less than helpful and actually quite rude and disrespectful.The gentleman who caught the fish was marvellous, but his two colleagues were very rude, shame as I wouldn't go again.
