1 Star given as no stars is not an option. I should also add I rarely post reviews. Atrocious service and attitude. At 1230 booked a taxi for 1850 from Denton to Stockport Train Station for a stated 1935 train. 1850 - no taxi rang and told on it's way - 1900 exactly the same - and so on. The person on the phone said "we never guarantee a time - do you want to cancel"! By 1920 no taxi and I had missed my train. Shocking, shocking attitude and service - never again - be warned.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if I didnt have to. Ordered a taxi for 16.30 1hr before.10mins after original time had passed rang up asking how long it would be told 10 more mins, when explained it had been ordered 1hr previous as well as already paid for the arrogant t#@t on the other end hung up! After the extra 10mins rang back, a nice lady helped but we were already late! RUDE ARROGANT AND UNRELIABLE!! I wont be using this company or the app again not that they will be bothered they obviously dont need the custom and certainly dont know how to run a business.

Rubbish, they don't clamp you in. The ramp was unsafe. Top it all the driver needs odor defence. His manners are nonsense 🙄 plus rude with it. They left my elderly mum to carry bags, walk up a ramp stud watch her struggle as he took her walking frame off her and put it in the boot. She was so unsteady she was upset all night. Also was worried about using them again. I would truly think twice before using these people or taxis.. we cancelled the contract and moved to another taxi station in Hyde Tuns better I'm always locked in they have a flatbed ramp.. they are happy to help, don't complain are very polite. Personal hygiene is spot on. 100% amazing top 5* I book them every time & I pass on their number to everyone I talk to.

Won't be using ever again. Booked a taxi to get to Stockport Station to catch a train to London for work. Booked online then called to check it had gone through, guy on the phone confirmed everything was booked and taxi would be arriving soon. 10 minutes after the booked time taxi still hadn't showed up so called to check what was going on, was told driver hadn't even accepted the booking yet and would be another 20 min so there was no way I was going to make my train on time. Furious

Booked a minibus with return journey for 8 people on Saturday 11th November to my daughter's wedding reception in Manchester. It was 15 minutes late. We waited outside venue for pick-up at 11.30pm for return journey and minibus did not come. Several calls later they sent two taxis to be at agreed price. 1st taxi came at 1am and I explained that we would pay the second taxi driver and he agreed. We got second taxi home and paid £40 only to find out the first taxi driver insisted that the elderly couple left in taxi had to pay £26. They felt threatened and did not want to argue with him so paid it. I have rung the company 3 days running, but they are not interested and just say the owner will ring. No explanation, no apology, no refund.. Avoid this company.
