We had new carpets and vinyl flooring fitted today, and we've had great service from start to finish. They were really helpful in the showroom, the chap who came out to measure was very thorough, and the two fitters who came today did a brilliant job. They even vacuumed at the end of the day!

Came in this afternoon, chose what we wanted ready to spend money and left empty handed due to the fact that we were not even acknowledged by either member of staff. They were both sat with the same two customers but it takes no time to say, “Hi - be with you soon.” We hung around for a while, one member of staff had disappeared by then and the other didn’t even register us so that is business lost unfortunately and our time totally wasted.

Outstanding customer service from John at Tapi Carpets Ashton. Initial problem delayed my fitting(not caused by Tapi) but john stuck with it, regular calls to me to reassure me he was still sorting it and he saw it through and made sure I ended up with a beautiful LVT floor. 5 stars are not enough, I'd give 10 if I could. I will definitely use them again.
