I ordered a 5 inch Steel Black Cage. Their ad stated 3-5 days. After that time elapsed I contacted them. When they eventually replied the message sent stated my package was posted. Many days later and still no package !!! Each time I contact them I provide the order number... first and last time with them . If there was a negative star they'd get that.

Sent half the order, After 2 hours on phone agreed to send other half. Wasted a day on site with 3 guys. Second half turns up go to install. Password has been set on DVR by tech vision but isnt any of the defaults.. Another waster day with 3 guys. Ring Tech vision ask for password they cannot remember, Suggest i password reset it with the manufacturer by calling them. When i said this wasnt good enough was told "If you dont like it send the kit back then" and they slammed the phone down. When i rung back and i asked to talk to the owner the guy on the phone said he was the owner. Great customer service from an owner. Orders multiple times on massives orders, This £1400 order has cost me over £1600 in wasted labour so far and they do not care. AVOID
