The Anthony Seddon Centre is open from 9:30am-12pm and 12:30pm– 4:30pm, Monday through Friday*. We run a programme of activities at this time; please see what’s on for further information. Contact us for further information on any of our services or to book in.

Our drop-in sessions run from 1pm to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Fantastic service. Lovely staff & volunteers. Very friendly and relaxing. So helpful. A great mix of activities and support groups for everyone!

James and Elma would like to say thank you to all staff and volunteers for all their help. James has progressed so much and loves going to the meetings. It helps him with his mental health issues, different people to talk to rather than me the wife. His rappor with the volunteers especially Karen. Lovely lady. Don't get upset he loves you all. We booked a Conference room at The Anthony Seddon Centre to hold Tameside-Divers Snorkelling lectures. The room was well laid out and enough space for each of our 20 students to sit comfortably at a table. The centre provided the use of a OHP and Screen as well as tea, coffee, Juice and chocolate biscuits for the students. The staff member was very welcoming and extremely helpful.. An absolutely perfect place in the centre of Ashton-under-Lyne to hold our lectures/exams. We will definitely be hiring the facilities again in the future...they even opened up for us on a Saturday to help us get all our students together at the same time...Amazing..

Great place for people suffering with mental health and Suicidal feels. You can talk about anything here and there's always someone to listen and help you through the pain. They also help families with how to cope with their loved ones needs. And they help families and friends who have lost a loved one to suicide. They even help children as young 10 years old with mental health. Oh top of that they help police Drs and schools understand mental health issues which has made it so more easier for those suffering. The people that work there are angels and really go out of their way to help you. If you feel you need any sort of help please visit this place. They make you feel so much better so you don't need to suffer anymore.

Our company Daruma Group used this place for our open day for a course and it was wonderful. So lovely and attentive and had everything we could ever need for an amazing price. Will deffo be using anytime we need a Ashton location! Thank you so much!
