I found Joanne at Full Spectrum via Google after researching others in the area. I read the Fantastic reviews and decided to try her services. I've recently had surgery & wanted Lymphatic massage to rid me of all the toxins from the medicine. This is my 2nd LM with Joanne & I'm definitely feeling the benefits. Joanne was extremely attentive professional & empathetic. I would highly recommend her treatments. I'm looking forward to my 3rd LM & reaping the benefits. Thank you 🙏

I have been coming here for regular salt stone full body massages for the last couple of years and it has been the best investment in my wellness! The therapy rooms are so relaxing and both Catherine and Joe are fantastic massage therapist. I always leave feeling so much better; physically and mentally. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you suffer from joint paint like me.

I have been following Jo's work for a long time and her depth of knowledge and professionalism is first class. I was excited about joining her first digital sound bath and was not disappointed. It was totally amazing! I have attended many sound baths before, both in person and online but this was the best sound bath I had ever experienced. Thank you so much Jo and The Full Spectrum limited.

I'm loving the Morning & Evening Sound Meditation album. I listened to the morning track when I woke up and immediately felt calm, focused and ready to face the day. When I listened to the evening track I felt relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep. My pain levels have reduced too. Thank you Joanne.

My 2nd visit to The Full Spectrum Centre. Catherine is a therapist with a wealth of knowledge and is very thorough with her treatments. I really look forward to visiting as I know I will leave feeling amazing and very relaxed.
