Don’t know why there were a few negative comments. I found this place amazing for my two German shepherds. The lady Charlotte who runs it did an excellent job with a full groom! my dogs never looked so good! Really happy and impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the place

My girl is very giddy and doesn't like having her nail cut,so was a bit worried that she would be to much for them! I needn't have worried they were fantastic with her!! They did her Nails,shredding bath and dry,and when i picked her up she had this lovely bandana on,she was beautiful! Thank you xxx

A new groomer has come over from Walkden, but the manager has gone on hols to Tenerife. That means Pip is just getting a wash and mini groom. We had pre booked appointments, we waited patiently for 2 mths and promised today a full groom, cut wash! My dog is still full of knots. This is cruelty, when our appointments have been pre booked and you have let us down! I hope the manager enjoys her holiday, I haven't had one in 5 years!! Why is this our fault that you can organise your pre booked customers and cancelled customers. Terrible and still charged when you can clearly see knots on the dogs coat.
