I love this gym it's so clean and spacious so it doesn't feel like there's a lot of people in there even when there is. I always go quite late just after the showers and changing room are cleaned so to me it's always fresh. There's a lift for people who can't walk up the long stairs which was a life saver for me after I had injured my foot. Definitely would recommend this gym to others.

I love this gym everything is open, light and airy, loads of mirrors to check form a great friendly community and most of all it is CLEAN! Some one is dusting and cleaning every time i go in and that is the most important thing you will never see any dirt and if you do it is never there when you go back! That was my deciding factor it is cleaner than other local gyms :)

I joined this Gym which is part of The Gym Group in July 2023. I’m not an exercise person so it’s struggle for me. However, I managed to keep going because this Gym has a calm atmosphere, it’s very clean and tidy, conveniently located with lots of parking, a reasonably priced, has a good variety of well maintained equipment and has 24 hour access. In addition to this the PTs are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I make use of the free classes which are a great way to get me into the building as it gives me a deadline. The classes have helped develop my knowledge, confidence and stamina coming from an almost zero base. The PTs also cover range of abilities so if you’re a total beginner like me or more advanced there is someone there who can help or inspire you.

You’re definitely getting your moneys worth. Everything is so nice and clean. Love going there late at night when it’s really quiet. You get the best workout and have the gym nearly just for yourself.
