I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful staff at this gym. My son who has special physical needs and is generally nervous about going out has been treated so well by the staff. They have taken care of him, made his visits possible and made him feel welcome even though it must be extra stress for them. When he has had problems they have gone to great lengths to care for him. It means the world to us. Thank you especially to Ben and Matt.

Looks like a warehouse from outside but great budget gym overall. Could be better as read another review which said the womens changing rooms have a sauna and steam room when the guys don’t…

Really great gym. Clean, lots of equipment. Can get busy at peak times but the app helps you work out when to go if you want it quieter. The yanga drinks machine is nice, or they have plain water. Everyone is friendly.

Cancelled my membership today after being threatened, harassed and almost hit by a horrible excuse of a male member there - for just using a machine that he wanted, after marching from the opposite side of the gym to confront me for it. Absolutely awful experience while trying to work out peacefully. This gym is full of aggressive macho wannabes that will try to bully you and gage you into a fight for no reason. I would advise any lone female members to avoid this gym completely for their own safety.
