Everything was super clean and easy to use. Never been there before thought I'd drop by because I was travelling. Needed a spotter and met this chap who's a PT, Hassan. Amazing lad, knew what he was doing, worked at the same level as me and we both pushed. Was happy to take his number down. I felt really really welcomed there and I would highly recommend!

First time back in a gym after 16 years away due to work and kids. Loads of equipment on offer from cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. I use the app to track the busiest times and at the busiest times there is equipment available. Shower and lockers on site which makes things easier especially for those doing a quick workout on lunch like myself. I'm really enjoying being back at the gym and the cost and the 24/7 access is fantastic. The only issue I've had is with the QR Code access which appeared to have stopped working for a few people after a refresh of the gym.

Friendly environment. Really enjoyed working out at this gym. staff here are friendly too. PT Mr Ali did not hesitate to spot me on multiple occasions and help me correct my form which was nice of him to do. Would recommend him as a go to PT. 👍

Really good gym. Everything you need. Gary Stevens, the manager, is really lovely and friendly, keeps the gym running to a high standard. You can certainly tell when Gary isn’t in work. He Keeps the gym tidy and clean and has a brilliant relationship with all clients.

My first time in a gym since slipping a disc a few years ago. Felt nervous walking in but was met with a warm welcome by a trainer called Gary. I explained my situation and goals with him and he put me completely at ease. Showed me around the gym and the different machines which best suited my weight loss goal whilst not aggravating any back issue that may occur. Couldn't thank him enough or rate the site better due to the care I got 👍👍👍👍👍
