I asked Liz on a bit of short notice towards Christmas time if she can bake a 30th birthday cake for after Christmas. Liz was able to make it for me. The decoration and detail of the cake was amazing and to what I wanted and the presentation was top notch. The cake was delicious and the flavours went well together. Definitely recommend The Icing on the cake by Liz.

I live 4 hours away from Liz so I had to make arrangements over the phone. Liz is efficient and responds instantly which is fantastic.
