Just had a full english breakfast (£4.50) and a coffee (£1.30), and overall I was very happy with my meal at the met bar. The coffee was very warm and tasty and in my opinion as good as the well known high street named coffee shops. The breakfast itself was nicely presented (see photo), was served hot and tasted very good, apart from the sausages which were quite pink in the middle and not to my liking. The cafe was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and helpful and the prices were fair too. The met bar is well located on the main high street, next to the Whitefield Metro station. There is plenty of free parking nearby. Unfortunately, I felt that staff were not able to keep up with the demand of orders from customers at peak times of the day. My wait time was a little high, however I could sense the frustration of some customers having to wait quite some time. As the met bar is only small, at busy times of the day, it can feel a bit overcrowded. I definitely recommend ‘the met bar’, but in future I will only go when it is not too busy.

I ordered a cheese and onion barn, with salad cream ,I think they forgot to take the lid off ,when she brought it to our van ,she soon rushed off on a delivery ,the cheese was tasteless ,but the barm fresh ,just being honest
