Would highly recommend Ellen for dog grooming! My pooches get major separation anxiety and get very nervous around new people but she made them feel welcome and spoilt them with treats on arrival now the whole grooming process is super easy and stress free. We will definitely be a permanent customer!

Booked in, on arrival found there was no car park . Tried to call and call as it also wasn’t clear where the place was situated (No answer) parked a mile away and walked to the place in the pouring rain. Told the employee what the dogs needs , her temperament etc also informed that she was 3-4 weeks pregnant. Staff was happy and sent me away, 30 mins later I get a call to say they had changed their mind and didn’t feel comfortable cutting a pregnant dogs hair. Two points, (1) maybe be clear on you’re webpage that this is an issue, (2) be more decisive before sending a customer away for you to then change your mind and call them back to come collect there dog. Complete waste of time and effort

Rambo loved his groom at Mutts Club. He was so soft and no longer shedding everywhere after his groom. He got som many compliments. 100% recommend for all the Manchester doggos

Absolutely amazing! Teddy loves coming to the mutts club for his baths and grooms. Always smells delicious and has a loyalty card so you get money off!
