Went in with a broken laptop screen. Screen clearly needed replacing but he didn't have 1 in stock so i left it with him. He rang me the next day with the price, I confirmed I was happy, and screen was replaced promptly. Good comms, well repaired. All round good experience!

I went to this store over a year ago but just haven’t got around to leave a review. I dealt with Michael who gave me a quote over the phone to replace my iphone 6 screen for 35 pounds. My screen went black so I had assumed my screen needed replacement (big mistake as a simple google search shows this can be fixed in 30sec with a hard reset). Anyways so after agreeing a price on phone I went to Michaels shop. He immediately asked if I was sure that the screen was broken to which I replied no I am not. He then told me to come back in 20mins (I wish I would have stayed to watch what type of repair he actually did). After I came back he charged me 35 and stated that the issue was with "soldering". Yes the price of this repair cost the same as a screen replacement which you surely would think would be a more costly replacement considering you need a new screen as well. Anyways, after maybe 2 weeks screen goes black again. Exactly same problem. Except this time i google it and figure out this can be fixed in 30s by doing a hard reset. In other words I highly doubt that Michael did any "soldering" repair. I have spoken with a trusted phone repair shop after this and they said the whole "soldering" story is non sense. In other words I paid 35 pounds, the same price as a screen replacement for a so called soldering repair, which actually is fixed in 30s by hard reset. I chose the shop based on the 5 star reviews but these are basically solicited by Michael . He asked me to leave a review as well which I have now after 1 year finally done. So my advise is unless you know exactly what’s wrong with your phone do not go here. I wish I would have stayed in the shop those 20mins and witnessed his so called repair but off course he encouraged me to go and do shopping and come back instead while he diagnoses the phone.

Lovely bloke and made mine and my boyfriends phones look brand new (and they looked awful before). Did an excellent job was honest about what needed doing and all for a really reasonable price considering how much was needed repairs wise. Was like £100 each per phone and within 1.30 hours. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.
