Charlotte, our founder spent many years working as a professional Pastry Chef & Baker in the hospitality industry before turning her hand to her own project in Autumn 2022. The Plantisserie grew from a love and passion for baking and all things delicious. Having wanted to own a bakery for most of her life, Charlotte decided to bring her love of animals and the planet to her baking by creating exclusively plant-based products. The Plantisserie aims to bring high quality, unique and delicious pastries and cakes to events, businesses and to your home. Sustainability is at the core of The Plantisserie and we are dedicated to reducing waste, using locally sourced, organic ingredients. We also only sell and source products in recyclable, compostable and biodegradable packaging.

Best Biscuits Ever! I wanted kidney and pancreas biscuits to celebrate a double kidney and a pancreas transplant. An unusual request but Charlotte delivered! One was flavoured gingerbread, the other lemon. She kept me updated throughout on the progress and allowed me to get involved in design where I wanted. The overall outcome was delicious and adorable biscuits that everyone at the party loved and commented on. Thanks so much Charlotte! Will definitely recommend and be back again for any vegan and gluten free bakery needs🥰

Tried a number of items from The Plantisserie, including cakes, biscuits and pastries, both at markets/events and delivered to me. Every item is expertly made and always tastes delicious. Charlotte has a great eye for detail in making them look almost too good to eat, but they taste even better than they look.

I cannot believe it has taken me this long to write this. The Plantisserie sorted us out for a brilliant vegan afternoon tea and Valentines platter. Each cake was fantastic with the scones as my favourite. They were great to organise this as a surprise and even went above and beyond to help me schedule receiving it at a time that would surprise my wife. Absolutely brilliant and delicious.

Absolutely amazing experience ordering from here. I couldn't decide so ended up with like 10 different items! I have multiple food allergies to contend with and they were amazing at reassuring me and I felt so confident eating the food. The desserts were absolutely incredible and stored well, so it lasted us longer. Highlights were the cinnamon buns and the pistachio cookie. Devine. Don't hesitate to place your order

Ordered an afternoon tea for my birthday which did not disappoint. It was all very delicious and beautifully presented. Fully vegan and sustainably packaged. The cakes were very impressive, pretty unusual/bit quirky and very delicious. The savoury bits were also excellent and the juicy scones finished it all off nicely. Ordering and payment was easy and collection all good. Thank you very much Charlotte. Would definitely recommend anytime you fancy some edible treats.
