I popped in this morning on the advice of the Manchester Eye Hospital after sustaining an injury which was affecting my sight. Unbelievable service given it was the first time I had visited. Very thorough, really professional and friendly. Genuine concern. Would 100% recommend the entire team there. Amazing service.

Both my partner and I (and family members) have used the village optician over the last few years. More recently they treated my husband for dry eyes and eye pain, they tried a few different medications and bi-weekly checked his progress. Rikki was very professional. Thanks for the help and advice provided.

Benji and darshan lady’s on reception absolutely amazing service Never been to any optician before called them, got me in immediately seen by benji who put me at ease explaining what was going on with my eyes and transferred me to the eye hospital. I could not have asked for a better service absolutely 10/10 Also made me promise I would go back in after the hospital had repaired my eye so he could make sure everything was as it should be . Thankyou so much everyone.

I called in without an appointment as had an eye infection. The Manager Gill was truly amazing and full of Empathy. She went above and beyond and managed to get necseen by a wonderful professional Optician sorry forgotten his name. However he was so warm and gentle and explained all about the infection to reassure me. Would highly recommend this Optician. I also called in a few weeks ago and I also received excellent service from the receptionist .it
