They loved the cake thank you so very much….mum and dad had so many visitors that all commented on how lovely it was and how it looked like them both….and yes she has finally cut it but the top with them on it is pride of place in their front room xxx
I've had numerous cakes from here & each one has been amazingly fresh, decorated to perfection and reasonably priced. Jènelle and the team are professional & have extensive knowledge when it comes to decorative ideas. They take a cake from good to great!! I would thoroughly recommend & will be back. An amazing cake made for my partners 50th birthday! As a huge ELO music fan the spaceship cake was amazing, he just was overwhelmed. Not only did it look fabulous but tasted beautiful too. I would definitely recommend Walkden Cake Company to all my friends and family. Big thank you x

I bought my daughters 18th bday cake from here a few yrs back now & it was fantastic,my daughter refused to cut the cake up for guests at her party as she didn't want to ruin it 😂😂. Unsure if they are still in business as everytime i look to order a cake recently or recommend someone it says temporary closed which is a shame if they have shut down 😕

Ordered my wedding cake, and was amazed how beautiful it was the attention to detail was fantastic with the last texting me to send her pictures of our outfits and dresses so she could make the figures identical. The cakes tasted fantastic, I can’t recommended the Walkden cake company enough !

I would have given five stars if Shanel was still employed there as she was very kind, polite and approachable. However, the new person who currently runs the place is very rude and an angry/sad person, whom I struggled to even speak with her by phone as she was rushing me and kept breathing in and out harshly and kept making the hmmm sound every time , like she doesn’t want to speak with me and drop the phone so vigorously. She ended up refusing my request when I emailed my request as she has suggested, even though it was an eight week notice. I think she purposely said no. It’s a shame because I have been a customer for over 5 years anyway when the lovely Shanel was there.
