This was a very good value choice. My room was smaller than others in the party, but it had everything I needed for an overnight stay and served its purpose. It was a little older but was well presented. Staff were very accommodating, and breakfast was worthwhile. Location was perfect for our business travel, may not suit others as away from the centre, though with easy access.

Had to stay there a few times last year and the start of this year and each time a great experience. Comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful staff, great facilities. During one stay I was forced to extend my stay last minute and due to the room being booked out we were upgraded to an apartment. The hotel is also close to a variety of shops and they allow you to order food to the building. Overall pleasant experience.

Rooms are cold, heating is not working properly and when i asked for portable heater they said we can’t provide, you have to adjust like this and there is no Shower gel in bathroom, smelly bathroom, on top no refund’s can’t even leave the hotel. Never recommended 👎🏻

Location is excellent; it's close to a Metro tram stop and a main road with good bus services. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel with a family-run feel to it. Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The only thing that we thought was missing was air conditioning. A fan was provided. The hot drink facility in the room was appreciated. Breakfast was good and at a fair price. And we also appreciated being told (when I phoned them) that we could check in about an hour before we were scheduled to.

Lovely small hotel, clean, tidy. Spacious room, shower could have been hotter. Parking on site, superb breakfast. Friendly very helpful staff. Short taxi/tram to ao arena. Recommend highly for excellent value
