I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic so far. I had previously been treated by another company where I was severely burnt with their laser hair removal machine. I have brown skin so I was quite anxious and nervous about trying laser hair removal again, because I thought my skin colour was the problem. The staff made me feel so comfortable to try again at their clinic, they were knowledgeable and friendly. I’m glad that I made the decision to continue. I’m 8 sessions in and I have seen a drastic reduction of hair (about 80% underarm and 95% on the face). I’ve just booked another block booking to have more areas done.

A wonderful first experience using the clinic which i found to be pristine, friendly and professional. My procedure was carried out by Lisa who was brilliant, a very knowledgeable and warm professional. I felt instantly at ease, Lisa had a wealth of experience which enabled her to deliver the procedure in a swift and precise manner, and the results are excellent! Shout out to Chantelle who I had for my appointment today who was super professional and wanted me to get the best results possible, while making sure I was comfortable at all times - she was lovely and a great member of staff!
