UPDATE: actually went to court and Thomasons magically found answers to the questions they refused to answer before! It has cost me £115 in court fees just to get Thomasons to answer a basic question. Now they email me advising they will take ME to court for leaving a negative review! I have found communication with them to be avoidant and unprofessional, frankly suspicious why they would not answer a simple question. I’m £115 down and being told they are taking me to court. Complete headache, avoid at all costs. Would not recommend. Did a survey on my home but never sealed the property afterwards. For 18 months my home was left with holes in and exposed to water. When I asked why, I have not been given a clear response and now I have to go to court to resolve! I will update with the outcome of the court case of course! They maintain house was water tight as the seals they use are water tight. See photo evidence of ‘water tight’ holes and seals as I can see clear gaps around holes and seals have been wrapped in sellotape to try and make water tight! Shocking and amateur behaviour. My place started to smell like damp and mould then I saw was left open in places for 18months! Getting an answer from Thomasons as to why has been so hard I’ve had to raise a court case just to get answers.
