In my experience most if not all of the staff at Threshold are very accountable , non judgemental, down to earth , hard working , dedicated people . With a genuine altruistic interest in helping people get back on their feet and on with their lives, and be the best they can be. And from what I could make out, nobody working there was on a fortune. Yeah I've seen staff threatened, insulted , they've been spat on , and still the next day they just get on with it.
Well that was my take on it anyway. And Iam not usually that easily impressed by things so, there it is, yeah it's good .
