Tom and his fantastic team did a great job on our extension. Nothing was too much trouble and Tom updated us consistently, discussed any changes we wanted and came to an amicable agreement. We were doing an overall renovation job at the same time and he was more than happy to offer advice and put us in touch with other tradespeople that could help. We would definitely employ Tipo construction again and recommend them highly.

Tom was recommended by a personal friend and he carried out a large downstairs extension for us. Tom and his team were professional, punctual and polite throughout and was always attentive at what is a stressful time for families. I cannot recommend him highly enough, both in terms of pricing and quality. I have subsequently referred him to family and lots of friends such was his quality. Following the completion of the build which we are delighted with, Tom came out immediately when we had a leak; and worked out what the problem was even though it wasn't caused by him or the Tipi team- top top service. If we move again, he is the only builder I would use because I trust him!

Tom was recommended to us by our architect and out of the quotes received the best value. He was transparent and open during the whole process even though we hit a few issues outside of his control which he took ownership until resolved. The build was almost two years ago and still looks great. Knowing issues that other family members have had with other builders, I'd totally recommend Tom.
