We are a husband and wife wedding photography team based in Cheshire & Manchester. With over 15 years of experience, we have a strong passion for telling wedding stories through beautiful and timeless images that really capture the moment. Together with our love for wedding photography, we also have a love for travel. We spent several months living in the stunning city of Florence, Italy. We've seen it all, and yes once I did set my hair on fire on the Church candles!People often ask us "What is your favourite wedding?" and it really is impossible to answer. There are so many favourite moments from each and every wedding we have photographed.I like to recall favourite moments like the Groom and his father who were both crying in the vows because the Groom had beaten cancer against all odds to make the wedding day. I remember the surreal moment of photographing my favourite Manchester City football players wedding and dancing until the early hours in Italy before jumping in the pool at the end of the evening!The chaos and adrenaline of photographing a 1000 person Asian wedding, the dizzying heights of photographing a bride and groom in a helicopter 10,000 ft in the air!We have been privileged to photograph at some of the best cheshire wedding venues, at small intimate weddings and large celebrity weddings. We have lso experienced many different cultures through our wedding photography. This experience has made us very comfortable photographing in natural light but also creating flattering light for those cosy winter wedding days.Although we are Manchester Wedding photographers documenting weddings takes us all over the UK & Europe. We booked Tobiah Tayo Photography for our wedding and it was certainly the best decision we made for our wedding. We were initially so keen to book with them because their portfolio just looked incredible. We had an initial zoom call to discuss everything and Tobiah and Laura were just so friendly and helpful and just totally put us at ease and we felt so confident in booking them. Communication with the lead up to the wedding was just fantastic. We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic and they were so understanding. During the pandemic they had a baby which meant Laura was taking time with the baby and Tobiah was working with a second photographer Luke Hayden, who was brilliant. On the day we couldn’t have asked for more. Tobiah and Luke were amazing, capturing everything on the day, whilst being unobtrusive. They were so friendly and totally put us at ease, particularly as we weren’t used to having photos like that. They made everything so fun and relaxed. The photos are just stunning, I haven’t stopped looking at them! Thank you Tobiah for everything and being so wonderful and thank you to Luke for being so great at the groom preparations and during the day as well.

We would 100% recommend Tobiah Tayo for wedding photography! Tobiah and his team were absolutely amazing before, during and after our wedding day. We met with Tobiah a few times before the wedding to discuss the look and feel and exactly what photos we would like to capture on the day from formal family portraits to more natural and candid shots to really document the day. On the wedding day itself, Tobiah and his team arrived on time, were polite and helpful to ourselves and our guests and ensured that they got the photos we had asked for. Tobiah provided preview photos of the wedding a couple of days after which we were completely blown away by. The quality and colours of the photos were really true to life, they looked like they belonged in a magazine and a number of friends and family have commented saying the same! The rest of our photos took just under three weeks to be sent over to us which was a really quick turnaround and it has been lovely to relive the best day of our lives through the photos! We cannot speak highly enough of Tobiah and Laura, they captured our wedding day perfectly. From the beginning they were always friendly, helpful and professional to deal with. When our wedding was postponed in March 2020 they were so understanding and kind, we knew we wanted to make sure they were part of our rescheduled wedding day. And we were very glad they were! They fitted into our day seamlessly and all our friends and family commented on how lovely they were to chat to, but also how they managed to capture everyone’s day candidly. Our pictures arrived within a couple of weeks and they were all stunning, it made it difficult to pick out favourites! We had the most amazing wedding day which Tobiah and Laura helped to create and capture. We love to look back on our photos, as do our friends and family. Tobiah and Laura are brilliant at what they do, and we would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to book amazing photographers for their wedding!

Tobiah did the photography for my rehearsal dinner and wedding and I could not have been happier working with him. He was an absolute pleasure to work with on the day, striking the perfect balance between getting all the right shots but also not being intrusive at all. The pictures themselves are the best wedding photos I have ever seen - he captured the perfect candid moments, made us look like movie stars in the process and he has the most amazing ability to catch the light perfectly. He also turned the photos around in record time and I am still overwhelmed going through them as there just so many amazing shots to choose from. Cannot recommend Tobiah enough!

Well what can I say? Tobiah saved my wedding day! At last minute I was cancelled by another company I’d been booked with for years and was put in touch with Tobiah as very similar photography style, who last minute came to my rescue & as they say … everything happens for a reason! He is the most kindest person you could meet and made myself and everyone else so relaxed on the day. He has a very gentle manner and nothing was too much trouble.
