I needed help with installing some wall lights and having just moved to the area, I had to choose someone randomly. I am very happy with the service Tom provided! He replied really quickly to my enquiry and 2 days later, the job was done. He is very professional and took time to explain was he was doing and what the problem was. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic Service provided by Tom who completed a ‘Full Electrical Rewire & Installation’ with the addition of extra circuits, sockets/switches, the installation of a new/updated consumer unit with all relevant testing and certification completed and provided in line with current requirements (as at 7th July 2023). The work was completed on a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, built approx. early 1940’s that had become rather unloved and was very dated due to the previous elderly owner’s ill health. All work was completed by Tom, in agreement with our requirements and in line with the agreed schedule/contract written prior to the work start date on 19th June 2023. Tom completed all work to a very high standard, he was always on time and kept us fully updated with his progress regarding the work completed, which was in line with the agreed schedule with no unexpected delays. Tom was always courteous and polite, he communicated well, providing updates as required/necessary. Tom was also very tidy during the completion of his work bagging up all waste to be removed in a manner which meant it was a simple task for us to deal with. Toms work started our project to help us achieve turning what had become rather dated into a home again. Thank you for all your hard work Tom. Lastly, Please note this review is being posted much later than it should have been due to family illness and also the fact that as a family we got ‘caught up’ with the completion of other jobs that we decided were necessary following the Full Electrical Rewire and Installation work that Tom undertook for us between 19th June 2023 – 6th July 2023.

I had a problem with a bathroom extractor fan that needed fixing and whilst engaging an electrician added a couple of dimmer switch upgrades, an outside security light upgrade and another fan that was misbehaving into the mix. Tom quoted up front to give an indication and when he came round, on time as agreed, a couple of days later and saw the problems for himself he fixed what he could immediately and diagnosed the faults on the two fans. He then agreed a return visit when he had replacement parts. He returned as agreed and finished the job. I was impressed that his first action was to cover outdoor boots with shoe covers, it came naturally and so I felt he respected my home from the outset. One of the fans needed him to crawl around in the enclosed loft space and when I accidently knocked off an external fan cover he fixed that by climbing the ladder outside to the eaves. He checked and double checked work, even using a spirit level to align a light switch. I have found an electrician that I will definitely call on again when I have problems. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the work carried out by Tom. Outside security light and new bathroom extractor fan installed. Communication was great sorting out convenient time to do the work and Tom made sure everything was working properly :-)

Tom was very polite and professional from start to finish. He came to give us a very detailed quote and was very specific about the cost of everything. He was punctual and arrived on time. When carrying out work, he was very thorough and took the time to even do additional work for us. We will be using his services again and definitely recommend him.
