Top notch service. Wife's car suspension spring broke and we took it round 9am with no prior booking. Even though they had a fully booked day, they still managed to diagnose the fault, order the part and replace it in time for the end of the same day. Price was very fair and the staff courteous and polite. Have used a few times already and will continue to use and recommend to others

These guys go above & beyond. They are amazing. On our way to Manchester airport to pick a friend up, I had just turned if the M62 & onto Broadway when bang back tire blew. Pulled in by "bus stop lay-by & rang Tom's motors as they seemed the nearest garage, it was about closing time & they where unsure if they had a tire in fir my car...anyway one of their guys passed us and rang into the office to let them know he'd seen us "stranded"..next min Tom's motors calls me back to say they had my tire in stick & the recovery truck was on his way to us...amazing, we where back on the road within the hour. I can't thank these guys enough, amazing, caring, & no messing in getting the job done... Thank you again, absolute stars ✨️

My van broke down on Dec 12 , Tom's collected and told me it was the CPU, They kept my van for 2 months and the only contact I had was when I phoned them for updates , eventually they told me they couldn't fix it.. they still charged me £600 and I was still without a vehicle for my business, I know they did the investigation work but £600 to make absolutely no difference to my van really hurts. Sorry but I could never trust to use them again.

Tom’s Motors rescued us from the M60 today when the car broke down. Impressively quick to find us, even though I wasn’t right sure where we were, and the guy that came to us was so pleasant and friendly that it took a lot of the stress out of the situation. We learnt a bit of history and European politics on the way home, he was great chatting to my teens and putting them at ease despite them never getting to their shopping trip at the Trafford Centre!! Thankyou so much for getting us home quickly and safely.

It's rare to find such exceptional service these days, but Tom's Motors consistently delivers. I visited Tom's Motors again yesterday, and once again, their customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
