I rented a vehicle from Total Self Drive and the service was excellent. They provided me a friendly efficient service and was very welcoming on my arrival. It was forunate that I was served by Nathan the owner, as I had a slight accident. When I returned with the van, Nathan was very understanding and we negotiated a reasonable settlement which I was very appreciative of. I would highly recommend the company.

I have had 2 vehicles from total over the last 3 weeks.from the Eccles branch Both times they have been fantastic. The young lady on the front desk dealt with me on both occasions and was great. She explaining all about the procedure and going through the car with me to make sure I was happy with it.

Rented a long wheel base van. Exceptional service and friendly. Steph was fantastic and a joy to speak to. Nathan explained thoroughly how to use the vehicles infotainment and various instrument clusters. Would definitely recommend and use again.
