My 14 year old step son is is a county swimmer and suffered a a common injury to swimmers in the rotator cuff in the shoulder. He has been with physio for 3 session with zero success. Karen was recommended and In the 3 weeks attending her sessions she has performed miracles and he is now back in the pool swimming again! Well done Karen you are a miracle worker

For the past few months I have been going to the gym three to four times a week and since the start my shoulders felt very tight and strained. I came for a massage and it was fantastic! I now feel no tension in my shoulders like I did before and I definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for instant muscle stress relief. Thank you Karen.
