I'll be generous and give this a 5 star, only because I was greeted on arrival by the funny and friendly Youssra. She wasn't a fan of me usually picking Premier Inn as my go-to 😂 anyway... The pros; perfect location, free safe parking, comfy bed, clean and spacious room, clean bathroom, extra towels available on request, very peaceful stay from check-in to check-out on the 1st floor. The cons; tiny TV with a partly working remote, room felt stuffy at night it was either fresh air and noise from the motorway nearby or closed windows, mini bar didn't have much to offer (terrible coffee sachets), hand-wash dispenser was empty so I had to use body wash for my hands, water pressure not the best. A few changes could be made but for the price I paid for a Sunday night was enough value for money. I'll be back, maybe.

I'm thrilled to share my experience of staying at this wonderful establishment. From the moment we arrived, the ladies, were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. Youssra and charlee guidance and assistance throughout our time there made our visit truly pleasant. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and we are truly grateful for their warmth and professionalism. We can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again!

It's a modern Travelodge with big comfy beds, walking distance to the Trafford Centre (half a mile). All the staff we met were lovely. Breakfast (extra charge) comes in a box, cereal, milk box, pain au chocolate, flapjack, and a carton of juice. There is a Wetherspoons 5 minutes walk away if you prefer a hot breakfast.

Great friendly staff, met by Jane, met Aileen this afternoon absolutely great bunch of people very helpful, great room only complaint could do with a comfortable seat instead of a hard plastic one.

Nice basic room, nothing but the basic stuff. Bed, table, TV and bathroom. I was missing a suitcase holder. Staff were very help and supplied an extention lead.
