We’ve been working with Kai-la at Tru Communications for over 11 years now and I have to say that she has always provided us with fantastic customer service, advice and products that suit are business. We have recently moved over to a VOIP system that has provided us with the flexibility to work remotely whilst not losing our connectivity with clients and colleagues. It has also saved us some money too! Kai-la has advised us throughout the changeover and the switch was seamless. Over the years, on the rare occasion when we have had an issue with phone lines, broadband or our telephone system, Kai-la has been ultra-responsive and has resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.
