We would highly recommend TV Beds Northwest to anyone. We were welcomed into the store by Heather and her team as soon as we entered. Heather guided us through the various choices of tv beds and we chose the exclusive Black Titan Ottoman TV Bed. They went above and beyond as this wasn’t actually on display at the time but the team arranged the bed to be built in the showroom within a couple of days of our initial visit. We were kept fully informed of the process of ordering and Heather was extremely accommodating with all of our queries. Installation was arranged and Mark (the installer) was polite and courteous and quite the character. The work was professionally carried out and we are thrilled with the final product. A hige thank you to Heather and her team, we could not fault them from start to finish.

Top quality service from beginning to end. Brilliant communication from Lee and the team. Excellent delivery service considering we are 4 hours down the road. The bed we purchased, Titan 4.1 Multi Media Ottoman Storage TV Bed - King size in Oatmeal is fantastic! Would highly recommend Lee and the team to our family and friends.

Bought the Titan King Size TV Bed in Black from Northwest. Im over the Moon with thisStunning Bed absolutely Gorgeous and what a Statement Piece. We were looked after from order to delivery, couldnt have asked for a better Service. Thankyou Denise

Thrilled with our new Kaydian slate grey bedside drawers - bought 5 years after the bed and they match perfectly. Thank you very much Lee they look brilliant. Couldn’t be more pleased

The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Any questions are responded to so quickly. The quality of my bed is amazing. I went to bed at 7.30pm on Saturday, just so I could watch tv in bed. :) Highly recommend this company
