Welcome to Catherine Cooper Music Theatre Tuition!

We are a fully inclusive Musical Theatre training provider offering tuition in the Tameside area. Our classes are run through our stage school – Unity and we operate classes from Dukinfield Old Chapel on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. We also are the proud founders of the Build the Future foundation. Our foundation was created to offer subsidiary funds for young people in the Tameside area who are wanting to access Stage / Performance training. Through CCMTT we also offer performances, entertainment, fundraising and other large events that benefit the local community and bring together its members.

CCMTT was founded in 2016 by our proprietor Catherine Cooper. The none profit organisation was established to provide a safe space for young people to access the arts, who may have not had the opportunity to in the past. The motto of 'Equality through Diversity' holds strong within our mission and we hold a duty to ensure each student is accepted by all members of our community. In previous years we have helped students with identity crisis, mental health, physical disability and financial hardship to find a place of security and comfort. The organisation offers a safe space for all who wish to join and through the work of the Build the Future foundation, we can continue this work. We aspire to expand and advance to support as many young people as we can. CCMTT hopes that you will join us on our journey, and we thank you for taking the time to explore our work and mission.
