I needed to hire a car at the very last minute and I went from never using the service to having a full account set up, approved and a car booked for the following day in about two hours - which is hugely impressive. The car was where it was supposed to be, in good condition and ready to go. Worked perfectly with the app, I had no problems at all. I would definitely use again.

Very convenient. Clean rental car. Clear pick up instructions. No waiting in long queues or needing to bring along multiple proof of ID and address. No haggling over (optional!)car insurance. So much better than usual rental companies. A bit more expensive but is worth it for efficiency and reliability. Virtuo is now my first preference in rentals.

The whole process was so easy. Amazed by the whole thing! Really great and excellent value for money. Will definitely be using again.

Awful instructions on finding car and starting the car. Invalid card to exit car park. All in all, a load of hassle. Don’t trust the fake reviews, this company are not ready for real world users, at the very best you can expect your first booking and Carl park experience to be time-consuming and troublesome. If it weren’t for the car park attendant letting us out without a valid card, we would have re-parked the car and found alternative transport. NOT RECOMMEMDED!

ZERO STARS. Do not be fooled by the nice font and executive branding- this is a hack job company with awful customer service. Do NOT use this company. I have rented from them twice, the first experience was okay (aside from the boot shelf being completely broken but somehow not on their damage report at the start of my rental) the second was absolutely awful. My issue isn't that I dont have a car it's that my car only has 2 seats. When I need a larger car it's been for a funeral or another immediate need. This company seemed convenient because of the ability to pick up the car from a central location. You pick up a car from a dimly lit car park in town- there are no staff members around at all, it's a random desolate multi story car park. It is near impossible to see any external damage in the car park itself because it is very dimly lit. Also, you can't just drive out and check anywhere near the car park because you leave straight onto a one way city centre street. if the car you've been given is dirty, or if it needs maintenance, or if there are no charger cables in the car, or if the back seat is stained from vomit and the car smells... you are stuck as I was- your rental has begun! At enterprise any of the above issues would result in being given another car on the spot but with this firm you're stuck. The car was dirty, it showed it needed wiper fluid, no charger cables came with the car (inconsistent with the first rental), there were no standard usb charging points, the back seat was terribly stained and the car smelt. When I complained about this situation (only after I was prompted by their app to leave them a positive review) every person who handled my complaint did not read it properly or look at the history. This resulted in customer service making incorrect statements (such as that I returned the car with the same level of fuel as when I took it even though I returned it with more, thankfully I had a screen shot of their app before I ended the rental to prove this). Eventually I was offered a £40 credit which I asked for as a refund but I was told this would be 'arduous' to do so the credit was going to remain. I was appalled. I am not going to use this firm again and I would strongly suggest you don't either, if you do, be aware of what will likely happen.
