Not happy at all with my glasses.Had them for 5 months and I've had to have them tightened 4 times (only wear for reading).Quality is awful,other than that staff are helpful.Will be going elsewhere in future.

The whole team were lovely, the venue was very clean which in these times was a bonus. My whole visit was exemplary from start to finish. I had the same lady Lesley deal with me on my visit and was an expert in her field, The optician was very thorough and explained his findings as to my prescription with a knowledge of understanding for me. I look forward to my glasses and I will be recommending you to my friends and family

The appointment was easy to make by phone, and I was seen on time. The Optician was very thorough and explained what he was doing all the way through the appointment, and answered all my questions with patience and good humour. All the other staff were friendly and professional. Thank you all.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Explained everything in detail . And when I asked to look at a cheap pair of classes just to use around the garden and a bit of DIY where happy to show me £25 frames with out trying to push dearer frames on me .
