I’ve had a couple appointments at Vision Express recently and I have to say that each one was a fantastic experience! The eye test was professional and seamless, though what really made it for me was how helpful Jar and Sidra were. When it came to choosing frames, Jar offered some great suggestions based on my preferences and face shape, as well as went the extra mile to make sure I had a good variety of options to choose from. On the other hand, Sidra spared no energy clearly explaining all the different customization I could choose from for my glasses and helped me pick the ideal combination for my lifestyle – She made the process feel like a breeze! Even when I was browsing through the options and considering what I wanted, I noticed how efficiently they were working in the store, bouncing between customer to customer on a moments notice and quickly answering any questions, meanwhile keeping an eye on if I needed help with anything - pun intended.

Took payment for my daughter’s glasses. After not hearing anything about the order for weeks we went into the store to find out the order had not been created, turns out my daughter needed to also have another test before new glasses were ordered so malpractice right from the start!! Requested refund instead. If you’re not able to even take an order correctly, why would I trust you to make sure the test is conducted correctly on my child. Incapable staff and I don’t think they knew what was going on. I suggest retraining and full review from regional management. We asked for manager to review the issue and call us back. If we don’t hear anything we won’t be returning. And whoever is in charge of replying to these reviews. I won’t be filling out a feedback form.
