Outstanding. I am a returning customer. Despite the postal situation the parcel arrived in two days thanks to swift processing and dispatch. Had it not been for Vocla I would not have found a lot of the brands that they sell. The fit on all items is great. I particularly thank the manager for his help with sizing for the Andrew Christian Navy Jeans. As with Andrew Christian underwear the fit and styling are exceptional.

First time ordering, got Andrew Christian backless briefs and a mystery jock and briefs. Delivery was quick and all products are top quality. Mystery items were super cool. Cost next to nothing, sexy and comfortable as any other, and adds a little excitement to the process. Will absolutely order again!

I had ordered a few pairs of underwear from VOCLA. One of the pair had a tare in the fabric. So I took a photo, emailed the company and within 24 hours they had replied with a sincere apology and a new replacement already being shipped to me for free. Very professional, very fast customer service, and a very pleased customer. The pair that did not have the small tare. Fit wonderful, great material, high quality stitching, and very happy with my purchase. I will absolutely be shopping with them again.
