Changing front tires and replacing brake fluid BMW X1. The tires were changed quickly and professionally. They were also washed.Brake fluid changed and computer updated with this fluid change.I was really very pleased.After arriving home, I discovered a scratch on the alloy wheel.Garage took full responsibility for it and arranged repairs at my house.The Alloy wheel now looks like it has never been scratched. Well done Wayne! Thank you. Customer service at the highest level. Thank you Adam for quickly solving the matter.I definitely want to use the garage's services again. I am impressed by the job well done, the culture of the employees and the great customer service

Ive used Volksmaster for my car servicing for the last 4 years. A professional garage and clearly great knowledge of the VWAG vehicles. They are able to update the online servicing record and provide print outs for your own records. You can ring them and they will advise what service is required based on your history, year and milage. Prices are fair and they do not pressure you into any additional work. As long as i have a VWAG vehicle i will continue to use these guys and would recommend them to anyone else for service and maintenance work.

Did exactly what they quoted for, stuck to the price, found some issues kept me informed re priced and did the extra work . Even cleaned and vacuumed out the car. They highlighted the need for future work and detailed it with pricing.Friendly and polite throughout .Highly professional. Ps I’m a miserable old engineer and take some pleasing .

Chris at Oldham goes above and beyond for the customer He supported myself when dealing with car shop to try and process a £2000 warranty claim which car shop didn’t support Chris is very knowledgeable as my infotainment system stopped working but he sourced a company to repair it rather than replace He has communicated all the way through the process. In a timely manner keeping me informed in the progress I can’t recommend him highly enough
