Price moved from £16 to £14 when I was about to get back in my car having been quoted £16 for a wash which is double what I normally pay. How many other people do they over quote and get away with it. For the price the car still wasn't cleaned as well as it could be..... BEWARE just because they're based in Tesco don't assume good value for money. I'll never go there again.

My car is a small/medium hatch back and was charged for an XL car. Staff were rude and didn’t even wash my car properly. Had to re-wash it when I got home as there was green moss on the handles, black smudges hadn’t been attempted to be removed and the step on the inside of the door hadn’t been touched and didn’t even bother to tell me where they parked it. Also the wheels still had thick black dust around the spokes. Rip off

Partner left our car to be cleaned this morning. And in the process the handbrake has been broken. No way to prove it, their word against ours, and no liability insurance that would cover it anyway. Fuming.

These guys are so good and friendly. They made my car look brand new and got two huge marks off the seat.
