I used WeLocate for both my sale and purchase. Jamie visited the following day of my request, took photos and videos and my house was on the market in 24 hours! Fantastic communication throughout the process, I was always kept up to date on all developments, Kate and Pauline were amazing in what turned out to be a lengthy process and did everything they could to ensure we got our house in the time frame we had. 10/10, would definitely recommend, thank you!

I was introduced to WeLocate when my dream home was put on the market! I had an amazing start with Kate, who contacted me within minutes to arrange a viewing which was of any time which fit my schedule. Kate discussed the internal support and services which were available to me through WeLocate. I was kept in the loop through the whole process and was constantly updated on any minor and major processes which required my attention or just to let me know how it was all getting on. Throughout the entire house process, WeLocate were beyond outstanding. They were proactive, dependable, and also reliable, which makes a huge difference. Kate regularly helped to communicate and bring things to a successful conclusion on all sides despite the fact that the process may be extremely stressful. We finished our acquisition in under 3 months from offer to move-in, which we found to be really accommodating. I would highly recommend Kate and the WeLocate team to anyone looking and Buying or Selling their home or for any financial services!

Bought our house December 2022 and could not fault the service from Kate @ we locate. She made the service we received from our own selling agent look shocking, I will only ever consider using we locate in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. Kate was on the ball from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and although working for the sellers of our house we really felt like she was working with our best interests at heart too. Thank you so much for all your help into getting our little family moved in to our forever home!!

We have just sold our home using We-Locate and I would highly recommend them. The service provided was excellent and very professional. During the process we mainly dealt with Jamie and Kate who I cannot fault. The team are great at communicating and kept us informed at every stage from the initial valuation to the move itself!

Welocate is trustworthy and honest. I loved how they helped me with moving and selling my property. It has been an amazing time with them. They deal with problems professionally and handed everything well despite hard times with COVID 19. When I was confused about something they always were happy to help and explain to me what's happening. Kate and Jamie helped me find a home as well, by recommending me places to visit and answering my questions about the areas. I would like to personally thank Kate, Jamie, Pauline and Danielle for their excellent service. They are so kind and so humble. I will recommend them 100% Thank you for everything WeLocate!
