Excellent - this is my 2nd time getting a car from Oldham Nissan. The staff are so friendly and helpful and kept me updated when my car was ready to collect. Everything was dealt with from sorting the trade in of my 16yr old car and arranging the tax back to sitting in the newer car and going through all the high tech display. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They're great at the point of sale but EVERY contact I've had with them afterwards has been horrendous. They talk with attitude and make you feel dumb. Some might not know much about cars but doesn't mean you can speak to people like that. I wish I never went ahead with them and wish I could cancel it all but too late!!!!! Not helpful at all. One minute you're told you're covered then you're not. The staff don't know what they're saying themselves yet give that "know it all"attitude. Ended up costing me out of my own pocket when I'm paying them an arm and leg already! Literally not worth it. AVOID
