Tiny turning circle for artic which is no problem turning with airline off , forklift driver very very arrogant and disgusting attitude, wont even talk to you when u ask him where to park or what procedure. Not tipping here again shame on you pal.

Quite expensive, we had an issue with being overcharged. The manager was really helpful nice and apologetic. All the staff were very helpful and quick to help.

We had a bathroom installed by Wickes at the start of January this year. We were initially advised the job would take 8-9 days. It ended up taking 12 days. On the final day the bath was left full to allow the sealent to dry. We woke the next morning to find the bath had leaked and had caused flooding into our downstairs toilet. It turned out the bath that had been installed had a crack in it. There was also an issue with the shower where the water did not get hot enough. We spoke to customer services and eventually came to the agreement that a new bath would be delivered and installed. The new bath was delivered on 20th February. At the time of writing this the bath is still sat in our front room at home (a front room we had planned to rennovate but have had to recurrently delay this due to the bath) We are now approaching 3 months of it having been sat there as of today there is still not clear timeline on when this will get resolved. We have had numerous phone calls and endless emails with Wickes customer services. Everyone we have dealt with has, without exception, been incredibly unhelpful. The process started us with being told the wrong date for the bath delivery. All we ever get is responses trying push responsibility on to another department; most commonly the 'corrective action' team. We initially dealt with a John Shaw in customer service then his manager Michael McDermid. We have been very dissapointed in our interactions with both of them. Some emails are clearly ignored as we do not receive a reply until we send a follow up email. Sometimes we wait a while and are then advised the delay was due to annual leave. We also tried to escalate the situation by sending a formal complaint to their complaints email address on the 21st March. To this day no one has acknowledged or replied to that complaint. For us there is significant time pressure here as we have a baby due in August and we currently have no idea whether we will have a functioning bathroom by the time baby arrives.

The collection service is one of the hardest, the way it designed is like you are setting up online banking account and feels like you are going to collect the top secret formula. You get order number, You get pin number You need to tell then what time you be at store and when leaving from home tell them with your location so they can calculate time of arrival. Surely you expect that somebody will be there at door to receive you abd hand your collection over. But when you go no one on the counter which says its collection point.

Shower screen has just exploded without warning. Didn't fall off wall, no DIY mishaps, just exploded. If i was bathing my baby at the time, they would have been seriously injured if not worse. No offer of help, don't want to consider a recall for others who may have this screen, just said "thanks for the feedback". Awful company who will gladly put your family in danger with poor quality products.
