Wickes is my first choice DIY but this place was a shambles. Priced missing of 30% of the items. One till open in the morning with a massive queue of people. They were dealing with a customer service issue 😳🤯🤬 three other staff but none willing to open a till 😤 I spent £9 and got charged £67 so they had to sort that out 😖 Not a great shopping experience 🙄 Loads of parking easy to find. If it's better next time I will edit the review.

Really helpful, patient and polite young staff member resolved an issue today in a manner which was very much appreciated. Went out of her way to ensure the online multi-pack saving was honoured in store. Brilliant service and thank you!
