Lovely, large, clean shop. Great selection of everything, including low-priced cosmetics that have been featured in magazines. Will go back when I have more time to browse, with no fella in tow!

Once again massive queue to pay cash, only one on the till. Hardly anyone using self checkout cause card only but this was manned. Puts you off shopping here even though they have some good offers...

One member of staff a but miserable and just pointed to " seasonal section" when I asked for something. There were no signs saying seasonal and she had no intention of showing me properly . Turns out the sign to look for was gardening but it wasn't visible to me due to the store clutter.

One member of staff to serve 20 customers waiting to pay cash. Self service doesn't take cash. When questioned a member of the stock team, why only one member of staff on the till the reply was this is all head office will allow, at which point I abandoned my shopping and walked out never to return.
