We have a wealth of experience in the construction of new/extending existing and refurbishing or upgrading industrial buildings.  We have done this for building owners, developers and commercial surveying practices.  This can be procured on an open tender, negotiated D&B schemes or traditional schedules of works.  Historically we have wide experience of carrying out extensive works whilst the client continues to use the building.  We pride ourselves on having the experience to successfully carry out works that due to the complicated and technical nature no-body else really wants to be involved with. We carry out works to bulk cash & carry wholesalers, independent shop owners, Veterinary Surgeries, franchised automotive showrooms. We can offer Full refurbishment, part refurbishment, small works alterations and complete new builds. We can also arrange works to make alterations to premises whilst the business continues to trade. We have vast experience carrying out shop fit outs, industrial fit-out and creation of commercial office space ranging in value from £10,000.00 to £2million in value (usually but not solely carried out in conjunction with superstructure, ground & external works). We are widely experienced in producing top quality office schemes, either complete new buildings or re-utilising existing building space, adding additional floor levels to maximise the existing footprint.  We again primarily work direct with building owners, developers and commercial surveying practices with many projects being repeat business from previous contracts.  We will work pro-actively with our clients to ensure they maximise their potential usage and work within their financial constraints. In certain circumstances where our industrial experience can be of benefit we will carry out certain types of residential extensions.  In particular where the ground conditions are poor, access is tight, or the design requires specialist appreciation of dealing with bulk items in sensitive spaces. As well as larger projects we also carry out smaller sections of work including installing EV (electric vehicle) charging points, groundworks, machinery bases, structural support works and early investigations for larger projects.  These can range in value from £500.00 to £100,000.00 plus.
