Had Windows Creations fit all the blinds in our new house. All was good until we had one measured incorrectly and told we couldn't have the blind we had on every other window in the house. I asked for a refund and it took over 3 months to get the refund with constant chasing each week. Would have been 5 stars, but customer service was very bad. The quality of the blinds and fitting was perfect though.

I had a survey from this company on the 5th January 2022. I placed an order with them same day was told that they will be fitted between 8 and 10 weeks. I was notified within 6weeks to arrange a fitting day. I have had them fitted today 8th Feb 2022. The fitter was excellent and very polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Chris

Great service and blinds exactly what I wanted. Reg who measured up and fitted was very professional, helpful and pleasant. This is the second time I have used this company and would recommend them.

The after service is diabolical, and communication very poor!

First class service and extremely helpful staff. Manufactured blinds for Spanish project which were first rate. Went out of their way to deliver them to courier.
