Liam turned up on time for the initial meeting were he impressed with his knowledge and understanding of our requirements. So glad we chose them, very professional and conscientious. Nothing was too much trouble for ANY member of the Yarwood workforce and what an excellent result. All within budget, not often that you hear that in the building trade!

Couldn't be more impressed with the whole team at Yarwood's. Amazing work ethic and everything finished to a high standard. Lewis has done a wonderful job with my new doors. Can't wait to see the completed project, just know it is going to be amazing.

Yarwood built us a single storey kitchen extension and also helped with the kitchen fitting. Great communication from day 1 when Liam visited to survey the site. Liam and Jordon and all the team were brilliant, friendly and professional and we are really happy with the build and service. More than happy to recommend Yarwood to anyone looking for some construction work. Thanks guys!

We approached Yarwood as a possible builder to do a two-storey wrap-around extension with internal modifications on a semi-detected property. From the start, the pre-sale activity was very good. Liam arrived when expected and there was a comprehensive initial assessment and cost breakdown based on our plans that showed what was included and what was excluded, and not just a total figure. The organisation behind the scenes was very good; for example, a payment schedule, automated bills, etc Liam worked with us to establish a start and end date that suited us (we preferred to wait and do most of the building work over the summer months). Furthermore, we remained living in the house while the building work took place and Yarwood accommodated this request and made provision with water, drainage etc. Overall: • Great group of staff and sub- contractors • Reliable; turn up when needed and when promised • Friendly and cheerful staff • Gets stuff done • If there is a difficulty, then they get on resolve things without any fuss • Keep you informed with what is happening and is due to happen While our build is effectively complete, there has been timely follow-up to resolve snagging issues. We are very pleased with the staff, the overall result and would thoroughly recommend the company.

We are really glad we chose to go with Yarwood Construction for our house extension. Liam, Jordon and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely professional, always left the site tidy at the end of the day, and every part of the build from start to finish was carried out to an extremely high standard. We are delighted with the finished extension and we would highly recommend this company.
