I recently purchased my first home with Your Move Mary Ashton Denton, I would urge everyone to use the amazing team they have there. Mary kept in touch with me week on week for the entire process even after the office had closed and on occasion, when she wasn't even due in the office! Honestly, the customer service provided was the best I've ever received and when I come to sell the property, I will be using this company again. If you are a first time buyer like me, I couldn't recommend Mary Ashton more. Everyone in the office cares and they will go the extra mile for you without hesitation. Mary has a fantastic team with a fantastic work ethic. Thank you so much for everything.

Very poor. Booked a viewing for Tuesday and turned up at vendors, only to be told the property had sold last week. Rang Your Move to be told "we rang you Tuesday morning and left a message". Absolute rubbish. My phone would have indicated if so. Left work early, travelled 20 miles. What a waste of time. Unsympathetic and not very apologetic.

Appointment booked to view a property, most agents confirm by email but these don't. Finished work early to attend the viewing, waited outside at the relevant time but no agent arrived. I phoned the office to be informed the house had been sold and people with appointments to view had been informed by telephone. I received no call, no voicemail and no email so a total waste of my time.

Excellent service, my late parent's house went on the market with Your Move Mary Ashton and was sold just over a week. My brother chose this estate agent as it was local and around the corner from his house. I was impressed the minute the Valuation Manager stepped foot through my parents front door, Bryan Beeley is certainly a credit to your company, a very relaxing valuation carried out with love and compassion at the same time. Matt the photographer was very professional too and all of my close family were impressed with the quality of the video recording, I knew 100% the property would sell quickly after watching this, as it shown how well cared for / clean this beautiful property was from stepping into a warm loving home. Actually brought tears to my eyes, with all of my childhood happy memories. Melissa was very helpful too and kept myself / brother updated with all the viewings via telephone call and we were both delighted to see the property in your shop window too, a massive selling point. Highly recommend Your Move to all my friends / family, I will certainly use yourselves when I come to sell my property. Keep up the good work. Best Wishes Elaine Lloyd
