Worst taxi company in Manchester , drivers are so rude and barely speak a word of English and doesn’t have a clue off the destination ! Constantly busy on loudspeaker on the phone and not concentrating on the road , this is one driver either it’s multiple

Absolutely shocking firm , booked an airport mini bus for a party of 12 for drop off and pick up , mini bus called up 10 minutes after original collection time to notify us the driver wasn’t coming (blocked in at mosque) & they would have to send 3 separate cars , when we called to notify them of us landing back to Manchester we was told there was no booking on system! No organisation, NOT RELIABLE AT ALL , use another company

Don’t call this company, they waste your time. They tell you 10 - 15 minutes and then become 50 minutes, also if you say pay cash they straight way send the taxi, if you say I pay with card they take more time than normal. Terrible service DON’T call them

Ordered a taxi at 7.57am. Waited an hour and a half and chased up several times in between saying they were trying to get one to me before eventually told it’s been and gone as it was waiting outside and we weren’t there. Both me and my daughter were sat in front of the window for the duration looking out for it, plus no automatic text like previous journeys or phone call or beep if the driver insists he was there and we weren’t responding. And these companies wonder why people are favouring Uber. Tried to support this local business but will never use this company again. Left me and my daughter in the lurch.

Ordered a taxi at 7.57am.
