Fantastic classes, lovely instructor and attendees. Very welcoming to people of all fitness levels and dance abilities. Definitely can work up a sweat and tone while having fun for a reasonable price.

Another fab class tonight to kick start my week. High energy from Wendy throughout, which keeps me working hard week after week. Love the new dances that have been added over the last few weeks and nice to see an old one come back tonight!

Love Wendy's classes make me feel really good. She is excellent and you just dance away to great tunes. I can see a difference , great bunch of girls and nobody cares what you look like. She turns the light off which is a bonus so nobody can see your wobbly bits. 🤣🤣😂😂
